Send a claim through with specific instruction to deduct from self payment gap - I DO NOT WANT THE MONEY FROM THE MSA. Hannes responded that it will be done. Low and behold, the moeny was paid to me, the SPG was not touched.
Selroy at the Callcentre had a totally different explanation, but said paperwork willbe send to me that explains it.
Received paperwork: between Hannes, Selroy and paperwork there are 3 different things happening on my account!!
And you cannot get hold of Hannes - a Client Relationship Manager (I was informed): the public are not allowed to speak to them??? W.T.F???
