Poor service & Bad attitude

I received an email from Virgin active stating that my membership had been ended by Vitality. I have not received any notification as in the past that I need to go to the gym X amount of times before a certain date! I then called vitality and they said they had sent me correspondence to my wife's email address, but she has not received anything! When I asked if they could send me a read receipt or delivery report they said that if its sent it must have been received!! Not only is this pathetic as if someone does not receive the email they loose their membership!!
How about a simple phone call Discovery? Or are your clients not worth it?
One of your consultants I spoke to was also extremely unhelpful and rude, she said she could not help me because I did not give the correct email address for authentication, and when she told me you had sent me an email to notify me, I asked which one and it was the one I had given her for authentication??? So how could it have been wrong???
Something is amiss here, but maybe I should just review the products I have with Discovery...
