I would like to compliment Hannes and a lady by the name of Tasarieeqah.
I was trying from Wednesday the 22 of May 2013 to change my banking details on my policy and register a claim. My broker did not return my calls as promise on the 22/05/13 and 23/05/13. On Friday 24/05/13 I call the call center to complain about my broker and first Hannes help me very efficiently to register my claim and than Tasarieeqah to change my banking details. All this was done in 14 minutes much less than the time I was put on hold by my broker.
