Please help
This is now my 3rd email that I send regarding this complaint without any reaction from DEFY
I do have 3 x Defy Refrigerator / freezers C410 White Model DCF304 units.
My concern is the inside liners are cracking at an alarming rate especially the freezing compartments.
What can we do about this obviously inferior quality material / manufacturing?

I have no idea where your previous emails went to however I will arrange to send out a technician to inspect the fridges and report back.

Unfortunately the factories have closed until sometime in the new year, your problems are still under investigation. Sanet has been trying to find invoice details and the detail about the exchange we had done previously. I will ask her to contact you again.
