Early hour this morning we had a valuables was from the car whilst security was present! The management at the Durban Spa hotel has done nothing to help in the situation.
All that we was told is that we park at out own risk!! Is that the way a client is treated and the way Durban Spa treats their clients. I have stayed at many hotels where yes you do park at your own risk but there is always security on patrol not some lady falling asleep at the post.
Management and staff personal have not been helpful. Not even the assistance as to calling the police to come and open a case of, eventually after I called the police and till now they haven't even come to take finger prints. Again Durban Spa staff and management is not helping with this. Is this the security that you/they offer to your clients? They are not even compassionate towards us, it is as if they are turning a blind eye to wards my ordeal. We are traumatized by this experience. Till now the manager at Durban Spa hasn't even contacted us to assure us they are doing everything possible to help us. When we call the manager they say he'll call us but again nothing happens, til now nothing has been done.
