Will discovery get it right for my medical aid?

I have recently transferedy medical aid to my private capacity. I dont know what is is but i have to constantly phone discovery and wait and wait for different problems to be sorted. I have been patient enough but this time I just cant understand where the confusion is. I have received two different set if cards with different contributions. Somebody please help me on this one. Im not willing to be put on hold for no solution.
