Payment problem

I've been with Momentum Ingwe option for over a year now, been paying my premiums but what angers and irritates me is that everytime I need to use it I'm always told that is not covered. What the point of having a medical aid if I'm always gonna be hearing stories and excusses why they will not pay.

Right now I'm sitting with a doctor's bill of over R30 000 which momentum is refusing to cover. I had an operation on the 5th February 2013 with the bill of R34 000 and all they managed to pay was a lousy R3 500. What making it worse is when you phone there is never anyone who can give you a valid reason as to why they are not paying I have been battling for over 2 months now to get them to pay but I'm always hearing different stories. I think Momentum should be transperent and honest to us clients so that we know where we stand.

I feel compeletly robbed and mislead and right now I' am shopping around for a new medical aid
