This claim (ED0A79350C32B) was authorised almost a year ago by BestMed, but to date they still have not paid it.
This was the last mail we got and it has now been 21 days and no response
This mail was sent to us 4/4/2013
"Thank you for the e-mail dated 19 March 2013 and confirm that the claim was incorrectly rejected for the authorisation number, I have re-send the claim with the proof of authorisation for assistance and feedback to you.
Apologise for the delay.
