On the 03 May 2012 I went Dr Ishmail and my visit was authorised by Bestmed. When I went this year on 26 April 2013 to my surprise Bestmed did not pay all of the bill. they only paid consultation but NOT the sonar and urine test as I was told by Dr Ishmail and the consultant I spoke to on the 26 April 2013. I was told by the same consultant that the claim will be sent for RE-ASSESSMENT! I called them on 29 April 2013 and was told that the claim will be sent AGAIN for RE-ASSESSMENT! Today 08 May 2013 I called them to confirm if claim was paid, my call was answered by the most DUMBEST consultant I have ever came across telling me that nothing was paid even the consultation fee and my claim should go to PRIMECURE. What I am fed up about is that they are the ones that made an error and paid 1 part of the claim and not the other procedures done BUT I must take responsibility to send the claim to PRIMECURE and BestMed will not do it, and worst of all it take them almost 1 year for them to inform me or the doctor to say claim must go to PRIMECURE! The error was on their part so I demand Bestmed to send the claim to PRIMECURE! this is the WORSTMED I have ever seen!
