Fedhealth - No respect or concern for clients
I have been a member of Fedhealth for about a decade and am yet to have a year in which things have run smoothly. I submitted a claim on March 30. I then got two incoherent messages about additional information needed. Eventually, through my own investigations, I discovered a piece of the statement I was submitting as a claim had been cut off while scanning. I spent the next two and a half weeks trying to resend the claim to no avail. Once a phone call was made to me during the day when I was at work and unable to answer. I replied as soon as possible but since then, despite all my emailing efforts - have received no information. I phoned the call centre today 23 April - and in a round about way - got them to admit they have no record of the claim! A month of frustration and nobody even cares - the staff at the call centre are always completely nonchalant and usually rude. I tried to get the details of anyone besides the call centre staff to speak to - but of course I was put on lengthy hold and then told they cannot even give out email addresses - since when are management staff, secret spies?
