The lack of communication is pathetic from Fedhealth. I have submitted a claim on 10 April a week later the claim have not been processed I was only alerted of this after I contacted there call centre. This is clearly a sign of poor service combined with an attitude from there call centre agents. I even afraid to ask how much longer it will take to payment my claim.
Is this a sign of new management and of things to come because this is not the type of service that I've been accustomed to with Fedhealth.
