I have submitted a claim that I have paid in full through to Fedhealth on 27 June 2013. After following up with the call centre, I was informed that it would be paid through to the service provider (Dr). I then informed them that I had made payment and was informed that the Dr statement would need to reflect this. I obtained the statement and forwarded it through to Fedhealth. I then recieved an sms informing me that my claim had been recieved and payment would be made to the service provider so I called the call centre and was informed that it would be escalated to the assessor team which would take a further 3-5 working days. This is not acceptable. I need clarity on when my refunds will be made to ME. I have supplied all the documentation requested!!!
