I just had someone from Fedhealth phone me to ask if I would participate in a programme. The more I asked what programme it was the more she refused to tell me. Eventually out of sheer frustration I agree because at this point I'm not sure if this is voluntary or info Fedhealth needs to obtain. Once she starts asking me highly personal information about my health I ask again what the programme is about and why I have to give the information. To this she keeps repeating 'are you going to participate in 'this programme'? Eventually she put the phone down on me. After a long stressful day the last thing I need is to be treated like dirt by your organization. Who are you to phone me and ask for that information without saying why??? Shocking customer service
