I am really starting to become very angry with Topmed.

First we struggled for two months to get my son registered from his birth month. As he was prematurely born he had to stay longer in hospital and therefor had his own file/invoices that needs to be covered. Eventually we received the authorisation code after two months, and I converted my complaint to a compliment for very well response.

BUT... now we have two other problems.
1) My son's dr's accounts for his 2days extra in hospital are not being accepted. As the lady from Dr Bruwer's office sais the reason they give is the wrong dependant code are used. According to my Medical card he is dependant 04 and that is what is on her claim, thus someone at Topmed are making my life and putting in the wrong code.

2) My Guyne's account are not being accepted, as per mail send to me, I saw they had my husband as the patient. A man going to a guyne??? Really. Lady at Dr Olivier's office used the correct dependant code and her call ref on 19.08.2013 is 43178.

We assume who ever does our account gets confused because my son was born a day after my husband. But this is making me think about the people working at topmed.
