Claim submitted for Lancet Labs in April. Told no ICD 10 code on account, although prev accounts were paid without, but did not bother to supply. After re-submitting bill numerous times, with no response or payment, I am now told that the ICD code is irelevant, but another code used by Lancet should be removed. This code of Z01.7 always appear on their accounts, and cannot be removed. Why is this NOW an issue, after 3 months, prev the problem was the ICD 10 code, and what must I do, being in the middle, to get this resolved. I am now being handed over for non payment of R300.00 while R1800.00 of bill was paid promptly by me!!! What is to be done about such incompetent handling of claim??
