I recently applied with Discovery Health & I had no idea that I would receive pathetic service. I received a call & was advised that Bonus's are not considered that only my BASIC SALARY will be considered for working out premiums. I then received a mail from DISCOVERY of my premium. I was shocked at the amount, I clearly cannot afford this. I emailed to query & received an email, & was advised that my BONUS was used. I emailed back & received a response that my BONUS was not used. I am being constantly thrown around. Today I receive a call from Manager TEBOGO, whom advises that my ATTENDANCE BONUS & OVERTIME was used & he has the audacity to be silent, I need to ask him if he has anything to say, who in their right mind receives overtime EVERY MONTH, it's not part of my contract at work & not monthly, but they are incompetent, unreasonable & refuse to listen. I requested for the calls to be emailed to me, & I'm told I need to come to their offices to listen to them. Now really, would I waste my time, energy & fuel to go there. I am tired of the pathetic service received, I will be advising all my friends & family & colleagues about the service & will be taking matters further.
