I closed the curtains I notice how filthy the lace curtains are, and I actually even started sneezing from the dust, excuse my outburst but this is FREAKING DISGUSTING, I couldn't believe the filth and muck and dirt on the curtains, secondly the air-conditioner gave off a of a stink foul odour which must have come from the pits of, and filled our room with even more dust and dirt and stink, but we were so cold we decided to bear with the sneezes, after 5 minutes all power in all the plugs tripped and the aircon started smelling like it was burning on fire, I tried to phone down to reception for assistance but the phone wasn't even working, .I notice how unsupervised little kids probably all under the age of 10 yrs old are playing and running havoc with the lifts, abusing and misusing the facilities as their own playground equipment, isn't there someone on duty to ensure law and order is kept after about 20 minutes the security eventually fix the problem, but severely reprimand us not to put the aircon on, now why the IS THAT MY PROBLEM, & the disgusting porn channel we accidently found on the TV bouquet, this should have a code or password for kids!!! USELESS
