On the 4th November 2012 I took my daughter to the Medicross I was told by the receptionist to fill up a form. while filling up the form I asked her to call the mdical aid to get an authorisation number. She did not.
Because of her negligents it cost me to pay the bill. I got a call from Vericred asking me for payment for this account I called Debbie at Medicross and told her that I aske the receptionist to get a authorisation number. She then told me that she would speak to the manager after continoulsy sending her e-mails and calling her she told me that the receptionist does not remember me telling her to get and authoristation code.
