Still no closer to payment

I am due a payment from the medical aid for the Dentist. After a mail telling me the money would be paid in my account and the Dentist phoning me for the money, I decided to phone Discovery and find out what's going on. After belonging to Deiscovery for four years they do not have my bank details on file, so I updated them on line, which took me two days due to their server being dysfunctional. To top it all of they issued me a cheque which will take up to six weeks to arrive. They then said its fine they will cancel the cheque and make an EFT payment in my bank account.this has been going on since the 3rd April till today. Every time I have to phone Discovery, the person who is supposed to phone back never does and each time I have to explain my situation to a new person. Today the lady tht was supposed to phone me last week phoned me after I had phoned 3times today to say that maybe by Friday 19 th April they might have been able to stop the cheque and then it will take 72 hours and not 48 anymore to do the EFT payment. I have had to go and pay the Dentist and adding all my medical expenses for this month have had to pay about R5500. Please can I have my money and some help.
