After posting on Hello Peter on 8 April, and approximately 3 hrs later, I received a call from Discovery Health Executive Offices admitting that the error was 100% theirs and an inhouse meeting would be held to make sure that this does not happen to other members. 24 hrs after that my account had been credited and the debit order removed as well as a further follow up call confirming that I had in fact received the money - WOW - how amazing! Why does one have to resort to something like Hello Peter to get results?
However, a big THANK YOU to Discovery Healty for identifying their error and rectifying the situation with such professionalism.
