I went to Health-worX Medical Centre in Centurion on Wednesday 17/04/2013 for a Yellow Fever injection and had to pay cash. On paying, I did not notice that I was only given a printed receipt and no invoice. I called Health-worX Centurion on Thursday 18/04/2013 as well as on Friday 19/04/2013 and both times, was promised that the invoice would be sent to me immediately. It is now Monday 22/04/2013 and to date, I have not received an invoice and I am therefore unable to send my claim through to my medical aid. Health-worX need to get their act together.
