Why Don't Saver Plans Qualify For Woolworths?

This is not really a complaint but more of a query as to why members on one of the saver plans cannot qualify for the healthy food benefit at Woolworths? I was so excited to hear of Woolworths being made one of the healthy living partners and then very disappointed to hear that members on the saver plans will not benefit.
