Apparently my GP no longer cover KeyCare Plus patients. This I only found out when we attempted to visit the doctor on Tuesday. Long story short, Discover FAILED to inform us that we need to choose a new primary GP as our secondary GP is in Port Elizabeth due our family residing there. I contacted Shereen from Discovery to find out what the is going on, two days later no response??? Will Discovery forget to deduct my premiums as well??? Can SOMEONE with some kind of authority PLEASE contact me to sort out Discovery's lack of communication which has cost me money!
