Pathetic and disgusted by hygiene practices

I was at the garden city clinic to visit my nephew who was in section 1 pediatric ward, when he got up he needed to use the toilet, so i had taken him to use the facilities when i noticed that the toilet was blocked so i asked the cleaning staff that had been in the ward to please have a look, and i had the shock of my life when she took the broom that she sweeps all the wards with, flips it over and sticks that into the toilet, to unblock it, she then simply takes paper and wipes the broom, not even sterilizing it, i was in shock she then takes her hands removes the tissue that blocked the toilet and throws it into the bin that was at the basin, simply then she uses that same broom to sweep all over the room, not even sterilizing her hands i was disgusted at that, i simply told my sister to please contact discovery health and lay a formal complaint, if thats how they clean im shocked, for a hospital thats just disgusting, garden city is not hygienic and they should be charged by the health department for such absurd practices.
