Kitchen staff not washing hands

I visited Garden Route NP on 6-7 Nov with Belgium guests. The public toilet at restaurant had no soap and the kitchen staff were also using the toilet, and NOT washing their hands with soap. Disgusting!!
And the meal was not good - 3 ingredients not on the plate and the chicken were definitely not grilled as advertised.
Although Sanparks is not a company that responds, please send this to them.
