During the school break I visited Naledi Sun. I was given their lux room. Once in the room I noticed the toilet has NO TOILET SEAT, I contacted the reception and was told the maintenance already left for the day and they will attend to it in the morning. The toilet roll they provide is not even one ply, IT'S NO PLY!!! The quality of the toilet roll is of such poor quality, it's not even white in colour but a brownish/cream colour. They provide tissue, but be sure the side of the box has been opened and they only supply you with five sheets per day. Why is the situation like this at this sun international. Seems like a CHEAP SKATE. The next morning when I appoached the housekeeping for a showercap, once she gave it to me she asked me to borrow her some money, I was shocked. Then later the day when I walked pass the room to get to mine, another housekeeper is sitting on the chair, enjoying a cup of tea and watching TV (volume very loud). The airconditioner in the room does'nt work, the airconditioner in the smoking casno does'nt work. Can you imagine what that is like, no circulation, that must be a health risk. I think inspectors must come and evaluate this hotel and casino.
