In March 2012 I took blood sample from National Health Laboratory Service (OPD Braamfontein) and I did provide my medical aid card to phlebotomist as our agreed. I was expecting them to claim from medical scheme as I did provide with correct details. Last week friday I received a call from NHLS debtors Finance stating that I have to pay NHLS account. suprisingly its been a year and they didnt informed me in time that they didnt received payment from medical scheme. According to medical Scheme (discovery) they told me that they didnt received any claim from NHLS. and I think I am not the one who is responsible to follow up on payment to them. I have been querieng for this several times and It not my duty to follow up with the scheme.please advise
