I Nkosana Alfred Nkutha identity number 7909255929080 and Employee of National Health Laboratory Service hereby complaining about poor service of National Health Laboratory Service for billing the accounts. In March 2012 I took blood sample from NHLS out patient in Braamfontein and provide them with medical aid . so that I was so suprised that last month I received the statement from Debt-in stating that I owe NHLS and my account has been handed over to Debt-in.when I contacted National Health Laboratory Service about this matter. they told me that my medical aid (discovery health) did reject account due to incorrect practice number . and in that case why NHLS didnt follow up and let me know about the situation, they only handed over to debt collectors instead of informing me and they only remind me last month since from Last year March .please advise
