I am one of the owners of BSSA- We have never been contacted in any way from Helopeter to reply on this complaint or to explain our side of the story.
So I am posting here to update anyone that wants to know about BSSA's service. We are back on track- for a couple of months now. No outstanding orders and no unhappy customers. Visit our site or our Facebook page to see for yourself. In fact- you will only find posts of BSSA going the extra mile.
