I spent 3 nights at the City Lodge Pinelands from 30 Aug - 2 Sept 2013. I was so impressed by the friendliness and courtesy of all the staff. The I'm Kind campaign has certainly had a positive effect and contributed to the way guests are treated and made to feel special. Each and every staff member from those at Reception to those who clean the rooms, serve in the coffee shop and prepare meals deserves a huge pat of the back for a job well done!
