This company is going backwards... and very very fast. To a point that after 11 years of membership i am actually considering going to another scheme.
I had a claim on my account. When i insisted the transaction gets reversed the answer Discovery gave me was that i had to get the service provider (who FRAUDENTLY) claimed on my behalf to send Discovery a letter requesting the trnsaction to be revesed.
SERIOUSLY, what part about do they NOTunderstand!!!
