I am very disappointed in the service received from Bonitas. I have an ongoing complaint since end February, which is still not resolved. I have been a member for a while and considering chaning providers due to lack of service. I made an overpayment during the month of March. I called to the call centre and was told by 2 consultants that the only amount due is R997. I paid the R997 on 25/26 March, on the 1 April Bonitas deducted R2220. I complained and they only refunded the R997. Because of this deduction, my motor vehicle installment was returned unpaid. I am highly upset, as I have to explain the same story everytime I call to the call centre. All I need is my money back. PLEASE!!! VERY UPSET
