I have been having so many problems with Topmed lately, I have stopped my debit order in Desember as I were going to start paying EFT, I started payments of EFT from January. 2nd of Feb the debit order was re-instated which I was never made aware of but I have already made a EFT payment by the 30th of Jan so the debit order bounced, my bank fees accured was R120 I phoned in to Topmed requesting the money back as I will not be liable for there mistakes, They promised me that the problem has been fixed so on and so forth but every time I contact in regards to the money I just get told the query is still pending, I just received I mail today again stateting that the debit order has bounced which means it has been re-instated again without my knowledge yet the EFT payment for the month has been made, which means it is another R120 that I have to pay. And then also the claims that was never paid out from CARECROSS for my wife that is pregnant as how they work and what was told to us the day we joined the scheme was 2 different things. I am trully very unhappy with the service.
