BONITAS BAD BAD SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION

I signed up for a medical aid with Bonitas for 1 June 2013 for them only to debit my money in May way before the agreement. I had to call and rectify this issue as they obviously did not pick it up or incorrectly captured information. They promised to refund the money in a few days and it is still not refunded which has compromised my other arrangements. It's been almost a month and if we do get some information from a diffeent person all the time, they promise to refund the next payment run.

My broker tried to get contact with Bonitas a several times with no luck and no information on the refund.

They stopped all communication with me and I am still waiting for a refund and I cannot terminte the debit order because I need a letter of agreement from Bonitas and I now have to change my banking because of them

Absolutely rediculous, bad service and bad attitude.

I would not advise anyone to use this company especially for their health. UNRELIABLE
