We took our son Karabo Lekalakala to ENT on 02/04/2013 and when the reception called discovery for confirmation we found out that our son has been removed from the cover and no one has informed us and we never received new medical aid card that proves that he is removed the card we have still has him listed as a beneficiary and when the main member my husband spoke to the consultants they kept him on hold and dropped the calls and now discovery says we have to pay R8000 and my son has to go for an operation on 08/04/2013 and now he cant we have to postpone it with his ENT as we are still not getting any joy from discovery and we are not prepared to pay that R8000, because in this time we live in no one has extra money ready for such mistakes which is not from our side but from discoveries side.
No one is willing to give us proof of a call and an audit trail from their systems to show why my son was removed from the medical aid. Karabo Lekalakala has been on the medical aid from the day he was born on 03/07/2008 as to why he was removed no one knows. We need help as this is a crucial matter.
