Resomed not approving meds for diabetes (cronic)

Johanna Catherina van Rooyen, 68 years, on state pension, member Millenium opsion Resomed, second best option, premium R2518.00 p/m, mem. nr. 8298289:
My mother got diabetes and her meds for this cronic desease was approved by Resomed Dec 2012. When she collect her meds (gloco teststrips x100 approved) only 50 was given past 2 months. She had to buy herself the shortfall 50 teststrips. When she went to collect the meds for April 13, she could not get it as Resomed say she exceeds. What does she exceeds? This is a cronic desease for which all the meds were approved. Since 22 Feb 13 I correspond via e-mail with them without any success. Please help, I've got all the prove in writing. Each month the children pays the contribution of R2518.00 to Resomed, yet they expect a pensioner who only get R1200.00 per month from the goverment to buy her meds. Why then contributing.
