Resomed refusing antenatal claims

On 17 January 2013, I confirmed with Resomed via email that our Hospital Plan does indeed cover 9 GYNAECOLOGICAL OR MIDWIFE visits, from 3 months of my pregnancy onwards. So we naturally put our doctor's visits through claims, thinking that Resomed would do as promised.

Last week we receive a bill from our doctor, stating the Resomed has refused the claims. I forwarded the mail to Resomed on 11 June 2013, demanding an explanation. My email was not answered. Today I finally phoned client services, who just told me that they only cover 9 GP visits. What am I supposed to do with GP visits while pregnant??? Why were we promised 9 Gynaecological or Midwife visits and now suddenly it is not covered?

I would like someone to sort this out TODAY. This is totally unacceptable, not to mention a stressful discovery for me during my third trimester.
