Resolution health will lead to heart attack or stroke!!! What will it take to get someone to sort out a simple problem?
Claim to Ampath was not fully paid. Resomed reason - "duplicate". As a result I contacted REsomed and Ampath in June of this year. REsomed requested a paper claim detailing a description of each item. Ampath couriered this paper claim to Resomed - which arrived on 28 June signed as received by Devony. In October it came to my attention that this account still has been settled in full. After many discussions and emails with Tshepiso at Resomed and promises to bring it to the attention of the claims department that each item is indeed not the same and the account should be settled and a email from her last week stating that the claim will go through on 14 Novem, today I called resomed to find out if payment was made - she stated that it had been rejected again. Please note this is not duplicate -(thus the request for the paper claim for itemised billing). Is there anyone that has the understanding to sort this out?
