No response to request for refund

I made a reservation at the hotel on 4th February 2013. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I cancelled the reservation on 5th February. I went through the channels of filling in the cancellation form and e-mailed several times requesting a refund. They haven't bothered to respond in any way whatsoever.
