Still not paid?

Hello peter

Since my last report on the 7th of March I explained that ER24 has still not paid funds owed to me after I have resigned in February.
I was informed to wait until end of March for this matter to be resolved as there was a mistake during the processing of my documentation -

I have now been patient enough to follow up and ask over and over when this payment will be done/rectified only to find nothing happening. At first they said payment date 27th of March. I phoned on the 26th to follow up incase they up again. I was questioned as to why I posted slander on the web (refering to my previous report) when I explained that this is pure facts and I too have an opinion that should be herd. I was informed that Medi Clinic will handle the payment and payment date is the 27th. Still nothing reflected in my account since then. With every call we give to follow up, more useless assistance with attitude and different feedback each day is delivered; what tipe of management does this represent?

I am still waiting on ER24 to rectify what they do not seem able to do... Thank you ER24 for delivering real help real fast.
