I was on my way home when I crossed an intersection (traffic light was green for me), suddenly I heard tyres slipping (from braking hard) - That was the ambulance skipping the traffic light WITHOUT SIRENS so I didn't even here them coming. Luckily I dodged the ambulance by changing lanes and then followed them and told them they should use their sirens. They told me its a residential area and they are not allowed to use their sirens then but I've always heard the sirens of ambulances and police vehicles etc. on the same road. THIS WAS THE FIRST.
The incident happened on the intersection of Hendrik st. and Van Der Hoff Rd., Pretoria Gardens, 0082.
Their number plate: CG 36 BK GP
