UNAUTHORISED AMOUNT DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT!!!

Momentum health has debited R7648.00 from my account?! Where does this come from?
I have confirmed the amount of R992.00 that is supposed to be deducted from my account every month for my parent's med aid Ingwe option that commenced 01/03/2013 from my account. I called in a few times and confirmed this amount before I took the cover, before the debit orders went off and last month they did debit the correct amount of R992.00, the cover commenced 01/03/2013, have an email confirming this in writing, so where does this R7648 come from?? All the calls are recorded, and I would like you to go back and listen to them. This is causing major inconvenience, as I don't have this kind of money in my account, and now I have to make a trip to the bank in this rainy weather to reverse this! I always make sure my accounts are in order so please look into this URGENTLY and debit the correct amount! Stop debiting my account with an unauthorized ridiculous amount. If this doesn't get sorted out today, I will cancel and take the cover elsewhere. I am very disappointed especially because I have been promoting the Momentum Health options wherever I go, to family and friends!
