I am feeling really frustrated with the service I have been receiving from Discovery Health. I have sent through our application form and other documents (as instructed by call center person) on the 18th of October. Only when I phoned them on the 24th of October, I was instructed that my application form was incomplete. (Note: I had to inquire, they didn't communicate this from their side). Today I phoned again to inquire - just to be informed that I need to submit yet another document (Affidavit by Main Member - signed by Commissioner of Oaths) and that I have to phone back yet again on Monday (court date). Can someone please get their ducks in a row at Discovery Health because we are surely not the first people to add an adopted child to our medical aid. We have a lot of arrangements to make and I don't have time for this!
