My Mother and I were looking at doing a full day package at a spa before I went back to work.
I saw that Mowana had just opened so I phoned the Indaba hotel.
They put me through to the spa and from the very first conversation I had with one of your staff members I was impressed.
We booked, arrived (not knowing what to expect) and were blown away.
It was like we were at Mangwanani on steroids! My Mother and I have been to many day spa's but this really impressed us.
From the warm, friendly welcome, the amazing fresh food, gowns, slippers, facilities and products. The attention to detail is what made it extra special.
Every treatment was precise, consistent and the products used were divine.
(There is nothing worse then paying for a full body massage and getting someone rub cheap baby oil all over you, with absolutely no technique!)
All treatments showed off the training and excellence of your staff.
