Woolworths vitality benefits

I do not qualify for Woolworths Vitality benefits program because I have a Coastal Saver plan.
In another complaint about this, Vitality responded by saying their "data" shows that the we (im assuming the people on the low budget medical aid plans) do all our shopping at Pick n Pay.
Well, I do ALL my shopping at Woolworths. Thanks for excluding me.
