My son had an accident and like a Father I was in a bad state and needed the best service and at the fastest rate possible to save my son. It was around 16:00 on 26 march 2013 at the emergency rooms in the sunninghill hostpital and as my wife ran into the emergency rooms she was assisted by Dr Piccolo and nurse Ben. Not once did we wonder what was happening or once thgought that it could go faster. We had constant feedback from the doctor and nurse ben was with us where ever we went, he even cardied my wife's handbag at one stage. The doctor really did every thing thinkable to make us feel at ease and that our son is getting ther best care availeble. I wish we could give a medal to these 2 people as if it was not for them i do not know what could have happend they really are a breed on their own and surely send to earth from heaven.
If we could just have people like this in every hospital, this world would be a safe place. I can not express how thankfull I am that Dr Piccolo and nurse Ben was there when we needed them.
Please could you as the hospital let them know that they really are apriciated. give them a raise!!!
