No feedback or response to emails/phone calls

It seems to be that the only way I get any help or response from Unisa is when I complain on HelloPeter, so for the 3rd time here we go again. I have sent emails to everyone who I think could help even to the people who contacted me last time, I have tried calling but no answer. I want an explanation. I was told that I had to register for a maths course for my extended Computer Science course and 3 other courses of my choosing. I did that a couple of weeks ago and on Saturday 16/03/2013 I received an sms saying I had been registered. I checked the details and found that the courses I have been registered for were not the one's Unisa were supposed to register me for. I am now registered for the wrong courses and missing assignment dates because NO ONE WILL RESPOND TO MY EMAILS CALLS OR SMSES!!! I can't log on to their myLife email service (no one has responded to my sms about that either) PLEASE COULD SOMEONE FOR THE LOVE OF EXPLAIN TO ME WHAT IS GOING ON!!! where is the customer support? why have they closed their telephone lines. Why will they not RESPOND to simple queries?!!!
