Authorization and termination of contract

My husband took out a medical aid with momentum health which I deeply regret in June 2013. In November 2009 I visited a gynecologist just for a check up, everything was fine. December 2013 I experienced that my monthly cycle I longer an extra two weeks, I went to my family gp he gave me medication an it stopped. I had no problems until July 2013 which was a month after we took out the medical aid, I started having abdominal pain and went to see the gynecologist, that's when I found out I had ovarian cysts. I paid cash did not use my medical aid, the pain was constant
and i went back to the gynea that's we realized that the cyst is growing way to fast and she suggested I have surgery. I was admitted on the 2/09/2013 we phoned momentum for authorization they systems were down. My husband phoned again and they asked for a clinical history which we did give them. I did not get authorization my gynea phone them and was questioned by a woman who thinks she knows more then the doctor! and was very rude and Saksha Singh phones me to tell my medical aid contract has been terminated and that this was a pre-existing condition .i honestly don't know how
