On the 22nd of January 2013, I emailed World Leisure MD Johann Strydom to bring to his attention the appaling service we recieved at the hotel LONG BEACH - which was booked through World Leisure. No reply was recieved by him. Fed up, on 6th March I tweeted to World Leisure saying I was still waiting for a reply. They quickly responded and Lesley Smith asked me to forward her all my correspondance with World Leisure and Johann. I did so, and she replied saying she received them and that she is working on my issue and will get back to me shortly. After not hearing back from her for ten days I mailed her to get the following response:

Thank you so much for following up on the below.
I have chatted to Johann and he says he did respond to your original mail.

After replying that I was shocked at her resonse I got the following mail
