Refer to my previous post to see that the issue with Leisure Pools has been going on for almost two years.
Well, well... it's now fast approaching October and I was promised by Vincent de Klerk at Leisure Pools that his team were booked to fix my faulty swimming pool on Monday16th September 2013. I phoned Vincent the previous Thursday to confirm all in order, which he confirmed. Monday morning 16th September at 7:30am I received a call to say that his team were running late, wow, impressed that he was letting me know this. Midday, still no show, a call to Vincent and he assures me that they are on the way. 3pm - Still no show, another call - 'they will be there on Tuesday morning' Tuesday Morning 10am - no show. A call to Vincent goes un answered, I receive a sms saying vehicle problems?
It is now three days since Leisure Pools should have appeared to repair my pool and all is silent... no phone call, no email or sms to apologize or re-schedule - SHOCKING!!!
